Here’s a development located a couple miles up the road from my place. I wonder if the resident demographics deviate at all from the norm for the area.

    Original/creative names for Las Vegas Valley Street names has been missing for a while. As long as the jurisdiction approves the names…

    I bet house prices go quite high in areas like that. People with such fanaticism would pay big bucks to live in Middle Earth… well I know I would, it’s an epic novelty!
